portland office looking for an intern for fall 2010

hey krs blog readers,
we're looking for an intern or two to help out around the portland office two days a week with mailings, calling record stores, filing, data entry, and other stuff starting september 2010. if you are interested email ben at killrockstars dot com. please tell us a little about yourself, your favorite krs bands (or your least favorite... be honest!), anything you would be interested in learning, etc etc.
we insist that you get college credit or some other form of credit for the internship as it is unpaid, but there are a few perks: free records, getting into shows, the occasional slice of pizza, stuff like that.

WE MET BUDDY!!!!

So on our way to from getting new desks for the new PDX office Portia, Ben, and I stopped by the Oregon Humane Society where we got to meet our honorary new office dog Buddy. He was just as cute in real life as he is in his pics. Sadly, they told me he was a little aggressive with male dogs so I kind of think he and Jackson aren't a perfect match but boy was he a sweetie. He's been there the longest of any dog - I think it's because he is so shy but you could tell he will warm up once he has a stable home. I would be nervous too in there with all those dogs barking! So if you are in the market for a loving dog that needs a home - he's the one!

Dog of the week

If I could take this guy I would in a heartbeat but I have a 10 year old dog already that isn't fond of bigger, male dogs so it wouldn't work. But if you are looking for a new friend I have a feeling you could do a lot worse than this guy...

i know that krs is supposed to be the dog label and our friends k records are the cat label, but kimmswick is my top dogg so it's probably okay...
